Position Summary

Build business by delivering organizational sales, collection, profit targets consistently in the assigned region by leading and performing team. Ensure everyone participate and contribute through employ engagement. Ability to implement change management, guidelines, policies of the organization with in and market place.

Responsibilities will include:

· Sell products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing team.

· Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned areas.

· Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, and employee enforcing policies and procedures.

· Plan, execute and review business strategies.

· Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

· Prepare and complete action plans and implements, productivity and customer-service standards.

· Resolve problems, identify trends, determine regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.

· Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing a month plan, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

· Maintain and expand customer base by counselling sales team, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.

· Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors

Required Experience & Knowledge

Education: Science Graduate / Post Graduate with MBA is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10years as a frontline salesperson with strong sales track record or as a team leader with 2 years’ experience managing the sales team.
