• Develop and maintain SCM dashboards and KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, invoicing, plan adherence
• Analyze supply chain data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide decision-support analytics for demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Support APAC and India SCM improvement projects (planning, logistics, purchase, optimization, inventory reduction, cost reduction, service improvement).
• Drive process documentation, SOP standardization, and best practice rollout across sites.
• Work closely with Demand & Supply Planning teams on data validation and scenario analysis.
• Support logistics & warehousing, production, procurement, order management and logistics teams with analytical insights.
• Regularly monitor and report monthly logistics cost
• Review Tolling partners’ performance and cost
• Monthly review logistics service providers performance
• Perform root cause analysis for deviations and recommend corrective actions.
