Position Summary
This position primarily involves the maintenance of fixed assets records for the organization and ensuring all the compliance relating to tax have been adhered to by ensuring any changes are regularly communicated to the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Execute established system of procedure and internal controls to accurately record the acquisition, changes and disposition of fixed assets
Analyze and maintain a complete and accurate sub-ledger. Perform reconciliation of fixed asset sub-ledger with the general ledger balance
Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets
Create fixed asset related audit schedules and collaborate with auditors on their assignments
Assist in carrying out fixed asset valuation for insurance purpose and audit purpose.
Responsible for GSTR1, GSTR 3b working along with consultant and 2b reconciliation, sales/purchase HSN wise summary
Responsible for GSTR9 working, compliance audit filing or notice
Preparing monthly compliance MIS
Responsible for GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9 & TDS working payments.
Monthly reconciliation of GSTR and communicating with purchase for delay in filing of return by Vendor and loss of ITC
Providing data for sales tax, VAT and GST assessment
