Position Summary
The Executive – Production is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure batches are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs and quality standards. The role involves monitoring critical process parameters, maintaining accurate production documentation, ensuring adherence to GMP and safety guidelines, and coordinating with QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow. The Executive also supervises operators, supports troubleshooting of process or equipment issues, and contributes to continuous improvement, productivity, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for Issuance and record of raw material from stores as per BMR
To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment and production plant as per SOP
Responsible for material reconciliation.
Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
timely calibration of all production instruments.
Maintain departmental records required as per GMP.
Maintaining Usage and Cleaning logbook of all equipment of Production area.
Ensure the production department is following all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks.
Responsible for maintaining effective housekeeping in production department
Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
Follow EHS and HR policies of the Organization
To provide Training to worker and officers
Responsibility of Manage manpower and working planning in shift duties.
Required Experience & Knowledge
2 to 5 years of experience in production operations, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or specialty manufacturing.
Required Education
-
B.Sc. (Chemistry) or
-
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or
-
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
