Position Summary
This function will act as the analytical engine of the Finance team to provide insight and
support optimal business decision making.
Responsibilities will include:
Independently handle the Financial Planning and forecasting exercise and analyse and
report trends and variances.
Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and closely monitor business
performance on a monthly level and highlight any deviation from plan.
Ensure effective cost management. Identify and track key business levers which drive
growth and profitability.
Manage annual financial and operational budget.
Handle month close in ERP, financial reporting and MIS preparation.
Perform actual vs. budget variance analysis and identify risk or opportunities. Prepare
monthly and quarterly presentations.
Handle capital budgeting and capital expenditure evaluation.
Support pricing decision through financial modelling.
Independently liaise with global counterparts and support month closure activity.
Prepare and review monthly and yearly accruals.
Support treasury function and audit requirement – global as well as local audit.
Manage implementation of BI tools as Functional SME
Required Experience & Knowledge
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-9 years post qualification experience in
Finance, Accounting and Reporting. Should have strong Finance and accounting
background.
