• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Order Management, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align forecasts with business plans.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability; implement corrective actions.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure realistic demand plans considering regulatory and supply constraints.
• Convert demand plans into feasible supply plans considering capacity, lead times, and constraints.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Tollers, QC teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, finished goods and intermediates.
• Optimize production sequencing and inventory levels to balance service and working capital.
• Proactively manage risks related to shortages, obsolescence, and excess inventory.
• • Lead, coach, and develop Demand Planners, Supply Planners, and Analysts.
  • Set clear KPIs and accountability across the planning team.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders.
