Position Summary
Research Associate is responsible for all Scaleup, Pilot Plant, technology absorbance activities & transfer of NPD projects to Kilo lab, Pilot scale as well as commercial scale. If a required team will design the equipment mapping, PFD, P & ID activities at third party as per project needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible to prepare BMR format for new product master card receive.
Ensure all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks of production department.
Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
Raise all kind of production departments’ resource requirement to Manager – Pilot Plant
Generate the Engineering data from scaleup lab to minimize the risk failure at the commercial scale.
