Position Summary:

Assurance of laboratory compliance in line to internal standards and procedures in laboratory, responsible for analysis of RM, FG, PM, Purified water and stability Samples, other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities 

1. To fills up sampling checklist as per guidelines and forward it to Assistant Manager for review and approval.
2. Preparation and Standardization of volumetric standard solutions, maintain the consumption record.
3. To extract sample from production or processing area from the material in process or under packaging or completed products as per guidelines defined in Sampling Checklist.
4. To fill up and review sampling checklist. Extract Samples. Assigns Under Test labels on material from which sample is extracted.
5. Based on Sample Analysis Report, conduct sample testing.
6. To conduct sampling test as per Test Intimation sheet, fill up the sheet and to attach supporting documents of testing and instrument report after completion of QC testing.
7. To fills up and review Sample Analysis Report, upload testing documents and testing result in Quality Control
8. To extract sample and pack the same for third party testing. Send the sample and specifications to be tested at third party.
9. Preparation of working standard.
10. Carry out sample analysis as per MOA
11. Operation and calibration of pH meter, Refractometer, KF, MP, Tap density meter & sieve shaker, Auto titrator.
12. Operation and calibration of weighing balance
13. Operation of oven/muffle furnace, Halogen moisture analyzer,Distillation apparatus
14. To maintain all record viz, consumption, humidity, all instrument log books
15. Preparation of standard solution, indicators and reagent solution.

Education & Skills Required 

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control / laboratory testing, preferably in a regulated environment
• Basic knowledge of sampling, testing methods, and preparation of standard/reagent solutions
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and good documentation & data recording practices
