Position Summary
To ensure all the posting relating to vendors are done on timely bases and with accuracy, ageing report and internal reconciliation of open vendors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee invoice booking (PO & non-PO) and ensure accuracy
- Plan and manage vendor payments (daily/weekly)
- Handle vendor queries and reconciliations
- Ensure GST/TDS compliance and coordinate for 2B reconciliation
- Maintain AP dashboard, ageing, and exception reports
- Enforce process discipline and internal controls
