Position Summary

To ensure all the posting relating to vendors are done on timely bases and with accuracy, ageing report and internal reconciliation of open vendors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee invoice booking (PO & non-PO) and ensure accuracy
  • Plan and manage vendor payments (daily/weekly)
  • Handle vendor queries and reconciliations
  • Ensure GST/TDS compliance and coordinate for 2B reconciliation
  • Maintain AP dashboard, ageing, and exception reports
  • Enforce process discipline and internal controls
