Position Summary
The Executive – Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential candidates to fill organization’s current and future talent needs. This role focuses on proactively sourcing high-quality talent through a variety of channels while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify, engage and source active and passive potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and proactively build a network of referrals and leverage internal and external networks to identify top talent.
• Create job ads and send out recruitment emails.
• Conduct detailed market research to locate and target passive candidates and maintain an active and updated talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods to find suitable talent.
• .Initiate contact with candidates and conduct preliminary screening to assess their skills, qualifications, and interest in the role.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by clearly communicating job expectations and organizational culture.
• Work closely with HR/TA team and hiring managers to understand job requirements to target ideal candidate profiles.
• Regularly update HR/TA team on the progress of sourcing activities and challenges.
• Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability for specific roles.
• Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and relevant information.
• Track and report sourcing metrics, including the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organization policies
• Assist in promoting the organization as an employer of choice through effective outreach strategies, support social media initiatives and other employer branding activities to attract top talent.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in talent sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus.
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, experience in Life Sciences, Specialty Chemicals, and Agriscience industries preferred.
• Experience with sourcing for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
