Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for levering technology to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. This role is focused on driving adoption of our sales tools as well as enabling, equipping, and empowering sales teams through coaching, training, content development, and insights they need to drive sales & growth.


This role will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and IT, to design and execute enablement tools & strategies that improve sales readiness, drive technology adoption, and enhance overall productivity. This individual will also lead initiatives to continuously optimize our commercial technology offerings, ensuring it supports the sales organization’s goals and aligns with Actylis’s global growth strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution

-Engage daily with sales users to understand their needs, challenge their thinking, gather feedback, challenge them to exercise higher sales standards, and improve the overall CRM experience for Actylis users.
-Develop and maintain robust dashboards and reports on key sales and marketing performance metrics.
-Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance user satisfaction.
-Provide hands-on support, coaching, and training to sales users to increase tool adoption and confidence.
-Design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that improve sales results, strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement.
-Build scalable onboarding, training, and certification programs that ensure new and existing sales team members are fully equipped for success.
- Partner with leadership to identify skills gaps and implement targeted enablement initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and performance.

Technology & Tools Adoption

-Evaluate, implement, and integrate key commercial technologies (CRM, sales engagement platforms, CPQ) to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
-Drive adoption, usage, and optimization of the sales technologies through hands-on enablement and communication efforts.
Translate sales team needs into system requirements, leading user acceptance testing and deployment of enhancements.
 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Partner with Sales Management, Marketing, Product, IT, and Operations to align messaging, tools, and resources that support the entire sales cycle.
-Function as a key liaison between Sales and other departments to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and consistent enablement messaging.

Change Management & Communication
-Develop and execute a global change management and communication plan to support adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives.
-Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and performance excellence across the commercial organization.

Program Management
-Manage and prioritize multiple enablement projects from concept to completion in an Agile environment.
-Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Duties
-Support additional sales enablement and operations as assigned.

Required Experience & Knowledge

-BA/BS Degree in any of the follow areas:  Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications or Information Systems
-Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Sales Enablement & Sales Operations
-Proven success building and executing sales enablement programs in a B2B environment.
-Expertise in Salesforce CRM management and commercial technology tools (sales engagement, CPQ, or related systems).
-Experience working in an Agile methodologies and cross-functional program delivery.
-Exceptional collaborator with a passion for coaching, training, and driving alignment across teams.
-Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into enablement strategies that drive measurable results.
-Experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences Technology is highly preferred.
