Position Summary

Senior Application Administrator - CRM is expected to steer upkeep and maintenance of Salesforce and Zoho CRM and work with busienss teams to identify improvement areas to enhance he productivity and output of CRM platforms. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Improve the reliability of existing Salesforce and Zoho CRM
  • Collaborate and work closely with the global IT team members and business teams to manage secure, scalable, and reliable CRM environments.
  • Focus on continuously improving the Salesforce and Zoho CRM platforms.
  • Ensure Salesforce and Zoho CRM platformd are secure for employees and congigured as best practices.
  • Support end users with Sakesforce and Zoho CRM issues and new requests related to the platforms
  • Develop essential competencies and increase awareness on Salesforce and Zoho CRM
