Position Summary
Financial accountant for Pharma Waldhof GmbH/Aceto Holding GmbH
Responsibilities will include:
Financial accounting of Pharma Waldhof GmbH and Aceto Holding GmbH
- Posting of banks
- Accounts receivable accounting
- Accounts payable accounting
Responsible for payment runs
Travel expenses accounting with Lexware
Master data management
Preparation of month end close
- Recognition of accruals
- Recognition of prepaid expenses
- Posting of salaries and social security
- Posting of cash register
- Upload data to Cognos (reporting software)
(Will be familiarize with all accounting topics by experienced accountants)
Required Experience & Knowledge
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education as tax clerk or equivalent training
At least 3 years of work experience as accountant
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.:
- SAGE knowledge would be desirable or other bookkeeping system
- Englisch fluent
- Lexware (Travel expenses accounting)
- Excel
- Team player

Work Environment
Düsseldorf or Hamburg office / hybrid if desired / fully remote after familiarization period if desired
