Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for the Nutraceuticals division is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and prospects via phone, email, and digital communication. This role supports the regional sales managers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely follow-ups, and the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities will include:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by providing excellent customer service and sales support.
· Generate quotes, process sample and product requests, and follow up on sales opportunities.
· Qualify and convert leads into opportunities via phone and email outreach.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and pipeline activity in CRM.
· Collaborate with sales managers to implement territory strategies and coordinate with logistics and customer service for delivery issues.
· Maintain deep product knowledge to support customers effectively and offer tailored solutions.
· Research potential customers and solicit new opportunities
Required Experience & Knowledge
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
· Knowledge of the nutraceutical or ingredients industry preferred.
