Position Summary

The scope of this position will be the Demand & Supply planning and Inventory management for all European entities. The main objectives will be to support the business by reducing leadtime and cost, better monitor stock level and reduce working capital.

Responsibilities will include:

Demand :

  • Define the list of best sellers items to be managed on “make to stock process”
  • Provide a monthly analysis of accurate versus forecasts and identify main gaps
  • Animate a monthly forecast review with Sales team 
  • Consolidate forecasts per products for all customers

Supply : 

  • Calculate replenishment orders for raw material and finished products
  • Communicate with Sourcing on volumes for prices and leadtime negociation
  • Provide Purchase order entry instructions to CSR
  • Define planning production with subcontractors and follow the execution
  • Anticipate supply issue and communicate stock impact to Sales and CSR

Inventory:

  • Provide a monthly analysis of stock situation (for all Aceto entities)
  • Coordinate action plan with all involved departments
  • Follow an annual scrapping process with stakeholders

 

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years operational experience as supply planner. 
  • Supply Chain Graduated :  Master or APICS certified
  • Strong MS Office skills, including expertise MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in ERP software - Technology tools expertise: SAGE
  • Good English skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to develop KPIs
  • Work in a fast-changing environment with international contacts
  • Project management
  • Ability to travel
