Position Summary
To provide support to warehouse operations through daily execution of various activities and deliverables. Specific responsibilities include, loading and unloading trucks including raw material, packaging, and finished goods, Put away of pallets and supporting general warehouse organization. Supporting inventory and cycle counts on all products. Prepping outbound shipments of customer orders or prepping material needs for production.
Responsibilities will include:

Manage all activities safely.
Preparing Customer Shipments.
Picking product ensuring accuracy in item, lot and quantity.
Strap, Wrap, and label product cases or pallets.
Ensure appropriate paperwork is included in shipment packet – ie. Packing lists, pick reports, sales order checklist
Ensuring accuracy in outbound loading (i.e getting appropriate signatures on BOLs and Pick up Receipts, truck cleanliness)
Loads and unloads delivery trucks focusing on safety, accuracy.
Timely put away of finished goods from the production area.
Proper handling of raw material and finished goods according to SOP, GMP, and FDA guidelines.
Maintain records (properly document pick-ups and deliveries, inventory).
Performs all functions within the scope of warehousing to assist cleaning and maintaining warehouse organization, product handling according to GMP guidelines.
Support with Receiving deliveries as needed and complete documentation for Receiving Process accurately and timely.
Supporting warehouse inventory and cycle counts. Managing accuracy in product put away. Addressing any inventory changes/discrepancies immediately to ensure accuracy in inventory reports.
Adhering to Safety Practices
Understanding proper use of equipment used in warehouse operations and operating all equipment safely.
Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures as applicable to their duties and scope.
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of their work.
May occasionally be asked to support the transfer of material needs between Centerville and Ogden locations.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Basic Math
Ability to understand and follow verbal written procedures/directions
Speaks and communicates clearly
Ability to understand multi-step written and oral instructions
Adherence to Safety Practices and Procedures
Organizational skills and discipline to structured procedures
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to move/lift up to 60 lbs. and higher with proper assistance.
Requires Current UT DL and demonstrated insurability.
Forklift Experience on Reach lifts, and sit down lifts.
Physical Demand
Ability to move/lift up to 60 lbs. and higher with proper assistance.
