Position Summary
This position is an integral part of the Pharma team and plays a critical role in customer satisfaction. Requires person to work effectively with multiple sales personnel and relies on his/her experience and judgment to accomplish agreed company goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders, relay pertinent order information to customers, sales, and traffic/logistics.
- Take responsibility to provide excellent customer service, including following up on all purchase orders, tracking sales orders & sample tracking.
- Take ownership to ensure outstanding customer experience/satisfaction and provide professional customer support by prompt handling of customer questions and concerns.
- Provide verification for pricing, inventory, terms and conditions, and special requirement as applicable.
- Prepare Letters of Credit, Shipping exception forms, credit memos, and other forms as necessary
- Be able to run a variety of reports out of Sage ERP system (training provided).
- Learn new software applications as job functions require.
- Other duties as assigned.
The salary range for the position of Customer Service Representative is $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excell communication skills
- Proven record of working across functional teams, inside & outside sales/logistics.
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times is essential.
- Ability to work across functional boundaries and flexibility to learn other aspects of the Actylis business such as Purchasing/Product Management/Logistics
- Highly disciplined work ethic and flexibility to work remotely.
