Position Summary

 

The ERP Team Lead will be experienced and technically proficient to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization of our multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborating with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes.
  • Monitoring system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Overseeing integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or middleware.
  • Developing and delivering user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
  • Ensuring high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
  • Identifying and driving opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP system.
  • Providing technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, development.
  • Managing and maintaining Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
  • Overseeing management of SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems.
  • Travel to the different Company locations to address technical issues or implement projects as required.

 

The salary range for the position of ERP Team Lead is $109,000 - $120,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.

Required Experience & Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and module configuration, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven leadership experience in ERP project management or ERP support team management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management or supply chain.
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience with multi-legislation environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports.
  • Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web-based architecture.
  • Experience with SAP B1 on Hana or Syspro a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities

 

This position will manage the following:

 

  • 3 team members for Sage
  • 3 team members for SAP B1
  • Syspro consultants
