Position Summary
Ensure consistent regional execution of the Global Logistics & Warehousing CoEx strategy by translating global standards into operational reality, supporting regional/BU teams, and delivering measurable improvements in transport performance, warehousing efficiency, cost, service, and productivity. Hands-on, execution-oriented role bridging global governance and local operations to drive adoption, operational discipline, and performance.
Responsibilities will include:
Governance & Standards
- Support deployment of CoEx policies/SOPs, maintain routing guide and Incoterm guidelines, and support regional governance cadence and escalations
Transportation & 3PL Management
- Contribute to carrier and 3PL performance management through data analysis and support performance reviews and improvement actions
Warehousing Governance
- Monitor warehousing performance (throughput, stock accuracy, responsiveness, safety) and support improvement plans with sites and 3PLs
Performance & Cost Optimization
- Track regional KPI reporting for transport and warehousing, support carrier/3PL performance reviews, contribute to corrective actions, and support cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance
Digital & Change Enablement
- Support adoption of TMS/WMS/EDI/Track & Trace standards, contribute to master data quality, dashboards, and support training and continuous improvement initiatives
This position will interface with:
- Regional & BU Supply Chain teams
- Customer Service / O2C
- Procurement, Finance, IT/MDM
- Warehouses, carriers, and 3PL partners
The mission of this role is to support deployment of logistics standards across the region and contribute to performance, cost, and service improvements through coordination and monitoring.
The salary range for the position of Senior Manager, Logistics and Warehousing US, Center of Expertise (CoEx) is $105,000 - $145,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s/MBA preferred (Supply Chain/Operations or related).
- Experience: 8-12 years logistics/3PL management/transport with regional scope, proven savings delivery and standardization in matrix organizations.
- Expertise: transport and warehousing operations, carrier and 3PL management, contracting and tenders, network/flow design, performance management, and cost optimization.
- Tools: TMS/WMS and ERP integration literacy, analytics mindset (e.g., Power BI) and strong data orientation.
- Leadership: influence without authority, drive change, adoption, and performance through governance and coaching.
- Languages: English required, French or German a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will manage one other role: CoEx Logistics and Warehousing Manager.
Work Environment
Regional role collaborating across time zones, moderate travel to sites, suppliers, and key 3PL/carrier partners. The work environment can be home office-based with frequent interaction with logistics sites and external partners.
