Position Summary
This role is responsible for end-to-end management of label design, printing, and control processes. The incumbent will act as the primary executor for label creation and printing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery as per business requirements.
In addition, the role involves maintaining the operational readiness of printing systems, including basic troubleshooting and inventory management of label materials.
Responsibilities will include:
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for product label printing as per PMS of packing and operations departments.
- Responsible for graphic designing work for label as per Requirement
- Maintaining daily Excel sheet of label printing data, Label stock and printer cleaning logbook.
- Co-ordination with IPQA for label printing / designing as per specification update.
- Manage and upkeep the condition of all equipment, fixtures and fabric of shop premises.
- Maintenance of printers on Regular Basis.
- Report Procurement team of requirement for label, ribbon stock and printer repairing.
- Generate QR Code as per label requirement in PMS.
- Verification of Label Before printing.
- Label Printing as per requirement of Packing Operation team.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Education & Experience
Education
- ITI / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Printing, Packaging, or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in label printing, graphic design, or packaging operations
- Basic knowledge of labelling requirements and accuracy of data
- Hands-on experience with label printing systems and software
- Experience in record keeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP/PMS systems and coordination with QA team is preferred
